Roseland, NJ – January 1, 2020 – The Westfield Group today announced the recent acquisition of Mentor Planning & Consulting, Inc. Under the agreement, The Westfield Group has acquired Mentor’s assets, people and customer contracts. The business will operate as a separate division within The Westfield Group brand. Mindy Cimmino, the Founder and President of Mentor, will continue to maintain her role as President of Mentor. As a privately held company, the terms of the deal are not disclosed.
